壳寡糖、一氧化氮和植物激素在烟草气孔运动中的作用及其相互关系

摘 要:

本文研究了壳寡糖(COS)、一氧化氮(NO)和植物激素对烟草气孔运动的作用及其相互关系, 结果表明, COS、NO、 脱落酸(ABA)能诱导烟草气孔开度减小; ABA 合成抑制剂钨酸钠(Na2WO4)和 NO 合成酶抑制剂 L-NAME 具有清除 COS、 ABA 或 NO 诱导烟草气孔开度减小的作用。说明 COS 通过诱导 ABA 和 NO 产生, 进而诱导烟草气孔开度减小, 而且 ABA 和 NO 之间有相互作用。另外, 细胞分裂素和生长素能够诱导烟草气孔开度增大, 也能够逆转 COS 诱导的气孔开度减小。

Abstract:

Oligosaccharide, an elicitor, could induce plant resistance against biotic and abiotic stress. Oligochitosan (COS), as well as NO or ABA, could induce stomatal opening reduction in leaves of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum cv. Samsun NN) seedlings; but Na2WO4, an inhibitor of ABA could scavenge the effect of reduction in stomatal opening, and so could L-NAME (a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor). The results showed that NO and ABA could be induced by COS, and there was cross-talk between NO and ABA. In addition, cytokinin and auxin could induce increase in stomatal opening of leaves of tobacco seedlings, and reverse the function of COS that induced reduction in stomatal opening of leaves of tobacco seedlings.
